"The bar at Georges' is always busy, thanks to a terrific happy hour scene that draws a well-heeled crowd for free hors d'oeuvres and drink specials during the week. It's also a good place to enjoy a burger or fresh mozzarella bruschetta. For a quieter, more relaxed scene, settle into one of the dining rooms designed to evoke the best of a rustic French farmhouse décor. While staying true to chef-proprietor Georges Perrier's French roots, the menu, overseen by chef Jeremy Duclut might include specialties such as saffron-scented bouillabaisse. Asian flavors are found in the crab and shrimp spring roll, and a zesty Thai noodle salad tossed in a peanut sauce kissed with chilies. For dessert, the trio of jars is ideal for sharing: three different servings of creamy sweets that might include a crème brûlée or a chocolate mousse. More than a dozen wines are offered by the glass, along with a first-rate selection of French and new-world wines by the bottle. Chef Georges Perrier dreamed about a suburban location, and the dream has materialized into one of the best restaurants in the entire Philadelphia area. It's beautiful, casual, and the food is outstanding under the direction of Chef Jeremy Duclut, a long-time alumnus of the Perrier team. Georges' has one of those happening bars that makes this spot one of the great meeting places on the Main Line, and the food is flexible with great burgers, brick-oven pizza, and serious steaks. If you are a fan of outdoor dining, this is as good as it gets. The same holds true for their popular Sunday Brunch.

Georges' has been praised for their professional (and friendly) service along with a superb wine program featuring a large selection by the glass. It's a delightful experience and plenty of free parking.
